Our Repair Cycle – An integrated service network to rapidly return faulty assets to good working stock.

We will take full responsibility for all of your repair contracts, simplifying your supplier management, through our efficient Repair Vendor Management service. We will manage your Repair Vendors through weekly performance reporting to ensure that service levels are achieved and maintained, and undertake repair inspection and auditing.

We are fully aware that you need to ensure that faulty equipment under warranty is repaired by the manufacturer. We operate a comprehensive integrated Warranty Management process capable of tracking assets by serial number throughout their life.

Our Repair Vendor Management Service
Our Repair Vendor Management will dramatically reduce your number of approved suppliers and will be the single point of contact for all of your repair vendor contracts, actively managing third party repair vendors to aggressive services levels. We will manage all stages of the RMA management process to ensure faulty parts are placed in the repair cycle rapidly and repaired in good time, to ensure you have working equipment in-line with your forecast.

Providing you with full track and traceability to enable early warning of potential third party failure to meet delivery times, together with full monthly reconciliation of stock with repair vendors to guarantee stock integrity.

Our Screening and Repair Service
We operate a service dedicated to delivering direct financial benefit by screening equipment for no-fault found, minimising repair times, extending the life of your equipment and reducing your Beyond Economical Repairs (BER) whilst providing quality of repair.

We will substantially reduce the BER rate of your valuable equipment as there is a genuine dependence on the reliability of repairs and the need to avoid significant new investment. We now repair and refurbish more than 50,000 parts per annum with BER rates of less than 3%. We not only repair faults, but also replace components known to cause faults, significantly lowering the failure of equipment in the field.
