Web-Enabled Governance
Provides you with access to our web-based Xtranet service, ensuring that you are provided with the necessary knowledge through 'live' information. Our secure Xtranet is a customer interface providing a simple, effective and informed experience using web-based ordering and returns, an on-line reporting suite and a serial number level track and trace facility.

Preventative Maintenance
Provides you with scheduled maintenance for equipment, typically as part of a planned or reactive maintenance visit, including proactive intervention when our skilled engineers identify a potential problem developing.

Customer Programme Management
Provides consistent customer support, management of service levels, regular reporting and reviews and continued focus upon your evolving needs.

Project Management
Provides you with the critical planning and management skills to ensure successful project completion. By assigning a skilled project team at the start of a contract we ensure the project is successfully delivered to schedule and cost.

Enhanced Contact Centre
Provides you with a 24-hour, 365 days emergency Contact Centre alternative to our web-based Xtranet.

Asset Management
Including Spare Parts Management, we provide the day-to-day capability to analyse and optimise your inventory profile producing continuous incremental improvements. We operate an integrated solution consisting of Demand Analysis, Capacity Planning, Fulfilment Modelling, Stock Optimisation.

Sourcing and Procurement
Provides the ability to analyse our Asset Management data and make recommendations to you to source and purchase parts to support stock levels that are at a critical level.

Repair Vendor Management
Providing aggressive service levels for all of your repair vendor contracts. We will continuously provide performance reporting to demonstrate that repair times and costs are minimised, paying particular attention to your in-warranty equipment.

Technical Development
Provides solutions to ensure that the lifetime of your equipment is maximised, repair solutions for assets are supported and re-designed to avoid obsolescence. Fault trend analysis to identify asset risks and recommend advance replacements to maximise the MTBF of your assets.

Installed Base Management
Provides the facility to upload the installed inventory of your network, as we install the network, or when we take over the maintenance of that network. As we change out parts, we will update the database of all parts removed and installed. This ensures an accurate ongoing inventory and a database to optimise spare parts positioning and to undertake fault rate analysis.
