Our Spare Parts Management
We provide a range of delivery solutions to ensure that critical failures can be resolved rapidly and faulty parts can be efficiently returned by engineers.

These include specialist transportation and technical couriers offering a range of delivery services. We operate a highly efficient warehousing distribution and inventory management network. Spare parts ordered by Engineers are dispatched from our central warehouse or our network of European FSLs. These sites are fully integrated into our service delivery to provide rapid delivery of spare parts within a few hours.

Our Field Maintenance Service
We have a nationwide team of field engineers available to respond to any maintenance requirement. Our engineers are multi-vendor trained, multi-skilled and multi-disciplined ensuring that we can operate in a truly flexible manner. We can regularly fix faults in under four hours on all types of equipment.

Our field maintenance team undertake planned, preventative and first to third line maintenance. We maintain equipment on over 4,000 sites across the UK and pride ourselves on keeping some of the most important telecoms networks running on a daily basis.
